· Remote operation enables checking the devices’status real-time, and can remotely upgrade configuration files, upgrading firmware, update resources files, reset to factory, reboot, send messages, enable DND, cancel DND, etc.

· Humanized timed tasks supports remotely setting timed tasks and pushing them to take effect; supports one-time tasks or cyclic tasks, can check the progress and result of the execution of a task in real time.

· Supports quickly locating the device’s problems via remote diagnosis, including 7 ways, namely package capture, network detection, exporting system log, exporting configuration files, checking the devices’ CPU’s ram status, screen shot, send command.

· When the device is running abnormally, would sends real-time and timed alarms; supports two ways of sending alarms including sending emails and pushing internal messages.

You can assign sites by IP addresses, or let the administrator add sites for batch devices on the webpage-like UI; of course, end users themselves can select the sites they belong to on the devices as well, making phone deployment easy and efficient.

Personalized grouping management

It supports not only batch unified management of devices, but also group management according to the site; every site manages its subordinate phones independently, and the devices on every site can be managed and configured by groups and models, easily fulfilling the business needs of different departments, jobs, and sectors.

Timed tasks setting

You can remotely set a timed task and push it to take effect to upgrade a device. Both one-time task and cyclic tasks are supported. You can check the execution progress and result of the tasks in real time, making the results traceable and management plans easy to carry out.

Real-time monitoring and alarm

It monitors the device status in real time and sends real-time alarm when a device is abnormal. You can download log files from the phone to locate the problem by inputting file address, and you can send commands to the device to repair the malfunction remotely, ensuring HD conversation experience round-the-clock.
